Frequently asked questions
Is it really random?
Yes. It uses your browser's secure random generator and avoids the small bias that simple methods can have, so every number has an equal chance.
Can I pick numbers with no repeats?
Yes. Tick No repeats to get different numbers each time, like drawing from a hat. You can ask for up to as many as the range holds.
Can I get decimals?
Yes. Choose how many decimal places, up to 8.
How many numbers can I get at once?
Up to 1,000, and you can sort them smallest or largest first.
Is anything sent to a server?
No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent to us.
