Frequently asked questions
Is my text sent anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser, so your text never leaves your device.
What are back-to-back repeats?
Typing errors where a word appears twice in a row, such as "the the". They are highlighted in your text so you can fix them.
Why ignore common words?
Words like the, and and of are always repeated. Hiding them makes overused words that matter, such as very or really, easier to spot.
Does capitalization matter?
Not by default, so The and the count as one word. Tick Match capital letters to count them separately.
How many times counts as a repeat?
Two by default. Raise the number to see only the words you use most.
