Frequently asked questions
Is my recording uploaded?
No. Everything is done in your browser, and nothing is uploaded.
Is there a watermark or time limit?
No watermark, and no time limit from the tool. Very long recordings make large files, so stop when you have what you need.
Can it record sound?
Yes. Tick Record sound from the screen, which works best when you pick a browser tab, and tick Add my microphone to include your voice.
Does it work on a phone?
Most phone browsers don't allow screen sharing, so this works on desktop computers.
Why is part of my screen missing?
The recording shows only what you chose to share. Choose the whole screen to capture everything, or a window to keep other things out.
